Job summary

Foley Incorporated in Piscataway, NJ is seeking a Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning.

You will partner with senior leadership to provide decision support, develop dashboards, and drive automation to enhance financial visibility across the organization.

The role requires a strong track record in FP&A, excellent communication, and the ability to influence business decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field required.
• 8-12+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related disciplines.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and influence decisions.
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, performance management, and financial statement analysis.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, ERP/FP&A systems (D365/Vena) and BI tools.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budget, quarterly forecasting, long-range planning, and cash flow forecasting processes.
• Monitor financial and operational performance, analyze variances, and identify risks and opportunities.
• Partner with senior leadership to provide financial guidance, decision support, and actionable recommendations.
• Conduct financial analysis to support strategic initiatives, growth opportunities, and profitability goals.
• Manage banking relationships, including reviews and borrowing requirements.
• Develop executive dashboards, KPI reporting, and management presentations to deliver insights.
• Drive process improvements through automation, data analytics, and enhanced financial reporting capabilities.
• Collaborate with Accounting, IT, and Operations to improve data quality and transparency.
