Job summary

Foley, Incorporated seeks a senior FP&A leader to own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning. You will partner with senior leadership to guide strategic decisions, forecast cash flows, and deliver actionable insights through dashboards and reports.

Ideal candidates have extensive FP&A experience, advanced analytics skills, and a proven ability to influence business outcomes. This role requires collaboration across Accounting, IT, and Operations and may involve process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Admin, or related field.
• MBA, CPA, CFA, CMA, or equivalent advanced credentials preferred.
• 8-12+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience.
• Strong track record partnering with senior leaders and influencing decisions.
• Advanced expertise in financial planning & analysis, including modeling, budgeting, forecasting, performance management, and financial statement analysis.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, ERP/FP&A systems, and BI tools.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budget, quarterly forecasts, long-range planning, and cash flow forecasts.
• Monitor performance, variances, risks, and opportunities to support objectives.
• Partner with senior leadership to provide financial guidance and actionable recommendations.
• Analyze financials to support strategic initiatives, growth, and profitability.
• Manage banking relationships and borrowing requirements.
• Develop executive dashboards, KPI reporting, and management presentations.
• Drive automation and data analytics to improve reporting.
• Collaborate with Accounting, IT and Operations to improve data quality and transparency; support evolving needs.
