Thrively, a healthcare technology organization, seeks a Manager of FP&A to lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision support. You’ll partner with senior leaders to translate data into insights and own the annual budgeting process.

This role offers visibility to the CFO, executive team, and board, with opportunities to implement AI-enhanced reporting and smarter financial processes. You will shape performance analysis, drive efficiency, and develop KPI-driven insights while mentoring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 6+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or related area.
• Advanced financial modeling capabilities with driver-based models.
• Expert Excel proficiency for planning, forecasting and analysis.
• Experience presenting to executive leadership, boards or investors.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with business drivers.
• Clear communication to non-financial stakeholders.
• Familiar with ERP and BI tools; NetSuite and Power BI valuable.
• Familiarity with AI tools and interest in improving workflows.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-term planning.
• Build and maintain sophisticated financial models for revenue and costs.
• Develop driver-based forecasts reflecting performance and risks.
• Provide visibility into performance against plan for leadership.
• Own monthly reporting packages including EBITDA analysis and trends.
• Prepare quarterly presentations for CFO, board, and executives.
• Translate complex numbers into actionable insights for decisions.
• Identify trends and actions to improve outcomes and efficiency.
• Support pricing analyses, investments, and strategic initiatives.
• Automate reporting, improve forecasting, and leverage AI and BI tools.
• Mentor FP&A analysts and potentially lead the team as it grows.
