Job summary

Grow Therapy is seeking an FP&A Manager to act as the first dedicated FP&A hire, partnering with the CEO, CFO, and department leaders to shape forecasting, planning, and resource allocation. You will own the financial model, develop scenarios, and drive data-informed decisions across the business.

You will lead an AI-first approach to automate processes, monitor spend, and plan headcount while collaborating with executives to identify risks and opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IB/PE and 3+ years of FP&A at a startup.
• Highly analytical with end-to-end financial modeling.
• Ability to leverage AI to improve processes.
• Strong communication with the C-suite and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain Grow's financial model and forecasts.
• Revamp procurement processes and drive cost optimization.
• Own Board and investor materials and quarterly presentations.
• Stand up automated spend monitoring across departments.
• Lead headcount planning and KPI analysis for leadership.
• Build business cases translating assumptions into projections for executives.
