Job summary

Hightouch is seeking a Strategic Finance Manager to own the operating model, forecast cadence, cash flow, and board-ready analysis. You will partner across Finance, Accounting, RevOps, and Data to build a single source of truth for numbers and drive a metrics-driven culture at a fast-growing SaaS company.

You will maintain models, prepare variance analysis, and support leadership with strategic insights drawn from data. This role emphasizes ownership, rigor, and clear executive storytelling.

Qualifications

• 4 to 7 years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, or related fields.
• Strong financial modeling skills, including multi-statement models.
• Fluency with data and SQL; comfortable navigating a modern BI stack.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets with high accuracy.
• Excellent communication and the ability to explain analysis to executives.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a rolling, driver-based operating model for planning and decision-making.
• Lead the quarterly reforecast cycle end-to-end with timely outputs.
• Coordinate headcount and workforce planning with People teams and leadership.
• Analyze monthly/quarterly results and explain variances to stakeholders.
• Prepare materials for board and investor reporting in collaboration with Finance leadership.
• Conduct ad hoc strategic analyses to inform business decisions.
