Job summary

Puig is seeking an FP&A Manager to drive financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis across key business units. You will partner with cross-functional teams to translate financial data into actionable insights, owning core planning components, robust models, and visibility into revenue and profitability in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

You will collaborate with Global and Local Finance to ensure consistency in reporting and assumptions, while supporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Strong FP&A experience with budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills including modeling and Pivot Tables.
• Experience with ERP and BI tools such as SAP, SAP BW, NetSuite.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to support day-to-day financial decisions.
• Deliver insights by analyzing trends, variances, and drivers across channels and brands.
• Support retailer-level analysis including door productivity and promotional ROI.
• Build robust financial models for scenario analysis and new opportunities.
• Consolidate inputs from stakeholders and ensure timely submissions.
• Translate financial data into clear insights for finance and non-finance audiences.
