Job summary

Engage3 is seeking an FP&A Manager to link financial results with commercial drivers across multiple entities and currencies. You will own planning, forecasting, and management reporting, partnering with Accounting, Sales, and Operations to deliver timely insights for leadership.

You will build and maintain driver-based models, improve processes, and provide clear finance guidance to non-finance leaders while supporting strategic finance work for boards and lenders.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of FP&A, financial analysis, or related roles with a full monthly/quarterly cycle.
• Strong financial modeling skills, driver-based forecasting, and cash flow awareness.
• Advanced Excel with transparent, well-controlled models.
• Hands-on NetSuite reporting, trial balance, and multi-subsidiary analyses.
• Strong Salesforce reporting and understanding of how opportunities impact revenue.
• Experience with multi-entity and multi-currency reporting.
• Clear written and verbal communications for non-finance leaders.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own planning, forecasting, and management reporting cadence across entities and currencies.
• Prepare monthly management reports with variance explanations and outlook.
• Partner with Accounting to align reports with GL and cash/debt balances.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to evaluate pipeline, bookings, recurring revenue.
• Drive process improvements and automation while maintaining data controls.
• Support board, lenders, and investors with timely analysis.
