Job summary

Point Quest Group is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to own planning, forecasting, and in-depth financial analysis across multiple entities. You will build driver-based models and translate operational metrics into financial outcomes.

Reporting to FP&A leadership, you will partner with operations and accounting to deliver accurate monthly packs, variances, and decision-support material. The role offers hybrid Denver-based work and exposure to growth and M&A activity.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on FP&A and corporate finance experience.
• Advanced Excel skills including PivotTables and lookups; Power Query/Power Pivot preferred.
• Understanding of the three financial statements and how drivers affect them.
• Ability to translate data into a clear story for non-finance leaders.
• Collaborative communicator with cross-divisional experience.
• Strong attention to detail and good judgment on numbers.
• Self-starter who can handle shifting priorities.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Build driver-based models for annual plan and rolling forecast across divisions.
• Translate operational assumptions into revenue, margin and EBITDA outcomes.
• Prepare monthly leadership reporting package and analyze variances.
• Partner with Accounting to reconcile actuals and support Board/lender reporting.
• Develop contract economics, pricing and margin analyses for decisions.
• Answer ad hoc questions with clear, data-backed recommendations.
• Support M&A diligence and post-close tracking as new entities join the platform.
