Job summary

ARC by ChargeItSpot is seeking a Manager, FP&A to build the company’s financial planning and analysis capability during a period of rapid expansion. Reporting to the CFO, you’ll turn financial data into forward-looking insights and partner with the CEO and functional leaders to drive enterprise value.

This is the first dedicated FP&A hire, with a hands-on role in budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and performance management across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or similar roles.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Experience supporting growth equity-backed environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with ARR, MRR, bookings, churn analysis, and GAAP reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual budget and rolling forecast process.
• Lead long-range planning, scenarios, and cash projections.
• Collaborate with CEO/CFO and leaders on strategic investments.
• Prepare board materials, investor communications, and financial analyses.
• Own monthly reporting package, KPIs, variance analyses, and narratives.
