Job summary

Simply Business in Boston is hiring an FP&A Manager to translate complex financial results into actionable insights. You will partner with senior leaders to drive financial decisions, optimize planning processes, and enhance data integrity across systems.

The role blends hands-on FP&A with strategic influence in a fast-paced insurtech environment. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and KPI development, while collaborating across Finance, Data, and Business teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration required.
• MBA or professional certification (CFA/CPA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end month-end process for FP&A with journal approvals.
• Lead the annual budget and ongoing forecasts consolidation.
• Prepare and present financial performance to leadership and board.
• Develop scenario planning models and sensitivity analyses.
• Partner with data/ analytics and other functions to define KPIs.
• Manage senior analyst on the FP&A team.
