Job summary

Cape is America’s privacy-first mobile carrier seeking its first FP&A manager to design and scale our financial forecasting, planning, and reporting infrastructure. You will create systems that drive rapid decision making and provide strategic financial partnership for leaders across the business.

You will translate numbers into actionable insights, own budgeting and monthly forecasting with RevOps and analytics, and build dashboards for real-time visibility.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in corporate finance, BizOps, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting, with at least 2 years at a tech company.
• Track record owning a planning cycle and partnering with senior/executive stakeholders.
• Advanced financial modeling from scratch; proficiency in Excel/Sheets and SQL preferred.
• Experience with modern FP&A/ERP stacks (NetSuite, Adaptive, Anaplan, Pigment, Vareto, Looker/Tableau).

Responsibilities

• Plan and forecast with leadership to build annual budgets and monthly forecast updates.
• Own monthly budget-versus-actuals and variance analysis; report on unit economics and drivers.
• Maintain integrated financial models and dashboards for real-time visibility; support board materials and investor updates.
