Job summary

Cape is seeking its first FP&A manager to build and scale the company's financial forecasting, planning, and reporting infrastructure. You will create the systems that enable rapid decision making and provide strategic financial partnership for leaders across the business.

We want an analytical powerhouse who translates ideas into financials, diagnoses performance, and delivers actionable insights for executives in a fast-growing, privacy-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in corporate finance, BizOps, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting.
• Experience partnering with senior/executive stakeholders on planning cycles.
• Advanced financial modeling from scratch and strong Excel/Sheets skills.
• Familiarity with modern FP&A/ERP stacks and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan and forecast budgets with leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Own monthly budget-to-actuals, variance analysis, and reporting.
• Maintain operating models and perform scenario/sensitivity analyses.
• Define KPIs and build dashboards for real-time visibility for executives.
• Prepare board materials, investor updates, and executive reviews.
