Two Chairs is building a new kind of mental health system and seeking an FP&A Manager to join the Finance team. You will collaborate with leadership to drive forecasting, budgeting, and strategic initiatives, shaping a scalable financial foundation for rapid growth.

You’ll oversee headcount planning, vendor investments, and cost management. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in FP&A or financial operations at a high-growth startup/tech, with 2+ years of people management and experience implementing

Qualifications

• 4+ years of FP&A, financial operations, or similar analytical role in high-growth startups/tech.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and process improvement mindset.
