Stratton Aviation is seeking an FP&A Lead to own the annual operating plan and monthly forecasts, build robust financial models, and provide strategic insights to the CFO and business leaders.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or economics.
• 3–6 years of FP&A or related finance experience with budgeting and forecasting.
• Advanced Excel modeling with three-statement and cash-flow models.
• Working knowledge of GAAP, inventory costing, and impairment.
• Ability to translate financial results into clear insights for non-finance leaders.
• Ability to work independently and partner with CFO.
• Familiarity with AI tools to build and audit models.

Responsabilidades

• Own the annual operating plan (AOP) and monthly forecasting process.
• Lead forecast updates, planning models, and the forecast calendar.
• Analyze variances between actuals and forecasts and explain key drivers.
• Develop forecasting content for board and lender reporting.
• Support cash-flow forecasting and liquidity planning, including working capital.
