Verathon is seeking a Product Manager III to join the Airway Team in Bothell. You will lead new product introductions, define pricing and positioning, and collaborate with marketing, sales, care and operations to grow the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred.
• 5 years of product management or relevant experience.
• PM experience in medical or high-tech B2B industries.
• Proven product marketing/management and new product launch experience.
• Experience in pricing strategy and competitive positioning.
• Experience developing and executing a product lifecycle management strategy.
• Ability to lead, collaborate, and influence cross-functionally.
• Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to understand clinical applications and hospital economics across global geographies.
• Strong analytics and ability to create business models and forecasts.
• High energy, entrepreneurial mindset with team/individual contribution capability.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead new product introductions with marketing objectives, strategies, tactics and measures.
• Develop and execute marketing plans with cross-functional teams.
• Lead development of product/campaign value propositions, positioning and messaging.
• Develop customer insights to optimize product requirements and campaigns; supervise market research.
• Produce marketing deliverables and training materials with the team.
• Execute end-of-life strategies cross-functionally.
• Monitor competitors and support sales with analyses.
• Manage product pricing and promotions with regular reviews and communication.
• Collaborate with clinical champions to accelerate product adoption.
