A rapidly growing PE-backed services company is looking for a Director of Financial Planning and Analysis to lead the FP&A function. This role involves overseeing financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting for multiple operating entities, while providing strategic support to executive leadership. Ideal candidates will possess 8–15 years of FP&A experience, excellent communication skills, and a CPA is preferred. The position offers remote flexibility with a significant leadership presence in major cities.

Qualifications

• 8–15 years of progressive finance experience with strong emphasis on FP&A.
• Prior experience in public accounting strongly preferred (Big 4 or national firm a plus).
• Experience in a private equity–backed environment or supporting PE sponsors is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the FP&A team for financial planning and forecasting.
• Own annual budgeting and long-range planning processes.
