Fresche Solutions Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented FP&A Director to lead analytics-heavy financial work in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment. You will bridge large data sets with actionable insights, ensuring audit-ready accuracy and robust forecasting.

You will analyze financial data, build forecasting tools, and provide strategic recommendations that support executive decision-making and corporate growth across North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• MBA preferred for senior FP&A leadership roles.
• 3–5 years of FP&A, financial modeling, or data analysis experience, ideally in tech or services industry.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and data bridging skills.
• Expertise with ERP/financial systems (NetSuite, Oracle, MS Dynamics) and data integration.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data and build robust forecasting models.
• Own monthly close processes and communicate results to executives.
• Lead budgeting adapting trends and strategic objectives.
• Bridge financial and operational data for actionable insights.
• Provide strategic financial insights to support executive decisions.
