Job summary

Fresche Solutions is seeking an FP&A Director to lead financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting across multiple business units. You will bridge data from ERP systems to deliver actionable insights for executives and investors, ensuring accuracy for audits and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• MBA highly preferred
• 3–5 years in FP&A, financial modeling, or data analysis in tech/managed services
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting
• Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables/macros; familiarity with Power BI/Tableau
• Experience integrating data from ERP/financial systems and across platforms
• Excellent communication with executives and investors
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data and build forecasting models
• Own monthly close and reporting for executives and boards
• Lead budgeting processes and align with strategic goals
• Bridge data across departments to drive actionable insights
• Ensure audit-level accuracy of financial documents
