Job summary

Faye is seeking an experienced FP&A Director to lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis. You will own end-to-end processes, partner with the Growth team, and drive an AI-powered modernization of budgeting and reporting.

• 7+ years of FP&A experience, including global B2C companies.
• Track record of partnering with go-to-market teams (GTM).
• Proven ability to build and scale FP&A processes, models, and reporting in high growth.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage long-term financial planning, annual budget, and monthly forecasts across departments.
• Establish monthly reporting cadence with variance analysis for leadership.
• Provide ongoing financial support with ad-hoc analyses and recommendations for decisions and improvements.
• Follow public market trends to monitor financial ratios for capital efficiency and health.
• Measure, analyze, and report the company’s KPIs.
• Collaborate with Accounting and Data to align financial models with operations.
• Leverage AI tooling to automate internal processes and controls.
