Job summary

Grow Therapy is seeking an FP&A Manager who will be the first dedicated FP&A hire, working directly with the CEO and CFO to forecast, plan, and allocate resources. You will build scalable financial models, automate forecasting with an AI-first approach, and own board materials and executive narratives.

You will also revamp procurement, lead headcount planning, monitor spend, and develop business cases that drive strategic decisions across departments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IB/PE and 3+ years of FP&A at a startup.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to own complex financial models end to end.
• Willingness to leverage AI to automate and improve forecasting and planning.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain Grow’s financial model, including bottom-up builds and scenarios.
• Revamp procurement processes and own end-to-end spend monitoring.
• Own Board and investor materials including annual plan and quarterly presentations.
• Lead headcount planning and KPI analysis across departments.
• Build business cases translating operational assumptions into financial projections.
