EY's Financial Accounting Systems Supervising Associate role blends FP&A fluency with Anaplan administration to design and optimize planning solutions across the US firm. You will help forecast and report, ensuring a single source of truth and high-quality decision support.

You will partner with stakeholders, build scalable models, and develop dashboards, while supporting integrations, testing, and governance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 3-5+ years in FP&A and systems implementation.
5-7+ years in finance/business roles with supervisory, forecasting and budgeting experience.
Experience in at least one end-to-end planning/EPM implementation or major planning model redesign.
Proven ability to liaise between business and development teams.
Overtime may be required during peak system change periods.

Responsibilities

Translate business requirements into Anaplan functional solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to design scalable planning and forecasting models.
Develop dashboards and reporting tools for decision support.
Test, QA, and ensure data integrity across models.
Support system integrations and data flows between enterprise systems.
Create technical and business documentation for governance.
Provide user training and knowledge sharing across the organization.
