Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a Financial Accounting Systems Supervising Associate who combines FP&A fluency with Anaplan administration. You will design, build, and optimize connected planning solutions to support forecasting, reporting, and decision support across the US firm.

You’ll partner with stakeholders to design scalable models, build dashboards, oversee data integrity, and collaborate with IT and finance teams globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5+ years of FP&A and systems implementation experience.
• 5-7+ years in finance/business with 3+ years of supervisory, forecasting and budgeting experience.
• End-to-end planning/EPM system implementation experience.
• Experience as liaison between business and development teams.
• Overtime may be required during concentrated periods.
• Able to work in a highly virtual team.
• Limited travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into functional Anaplan solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders to design, develop, and deploy scalable Anaplan planning solutions.
• Build and optimize complex models for finance analytics and reporting.
• Design dashboards and reporting tools with actionable insights.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance.
• Evaluate existing models and improve performance and scalability.
• Support integrations between Anaplan and enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with IT and finance teams globally.
• Train users and expand adoption across the organization.
• Stay current on Anaplan capabilities and drive innovation.
