Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a Financial Accounting Systems Supervising Associate to combine FP&A fluency with Anaplan administration, designing and optimizing connected planning solutions to support forecasting and reporting.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across the US firm, build scalable models, develop dashboards, ensure data integrity, and guide training and governance to sustain long-term value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• 3-5+ years of FP&A and systems implementation experience.
• 5-7+ years in a finance role with supervisory/forecasting experience.
• Experience with end-to-end planning/EPM implementations.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into functional Anaplan solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders to design, develop, and deploy scalable planning and forecasting models.
• Create dashboards and reports that enable actionable insights for decision making.
• Support integrations between Anaplan and enterprise systems; ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with IT and finance teams globally to optimize performance.
