Job summary

EY is seeking a Financial Accounting Systems Supervising Associate to bridge FP&A fluency with Anaplan administration. You will design, build, and optimize connected planning solutions to support forecasting and reporting, enhancing data accuracy and trust for decision support across the US firm.

You will translate requirements into functional Anaplan solutions, design scalable planning models, and collaborate with global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5+ years of relevant FP&A and systems implementation experience.
• 5–7+ years in a finance/business role with 3+ years of supervisory, forecasting and budgeting experience.
• Involvement in at least one end-to-end planning/EPM system implementation or major planning model redesign.
• Experience liaising between the business and the development team.
• Overtime may be required during peak periods (system implementation, rollovers, reorganizations).
• Ability to work in a highly virtual team.
• Limited travel may be required based on business need.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into functional Anaplan solutions.
• Design, develop, and deploy scalable Anaplan planning and forecasting models.
• Support complex analysis and reporting needs.
• Assess impact of changes on upstream/downstream processes.
• Build complex models for finance, analytics, and reporting.
• Create dashboards and reporting tools with actionable insights.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance.
• Improve model performance, scalability, and user experience.
• Support integrations between Anaplan and enterprise systems.
• Troubleshoot data integrity and user access issues.
• Collaborate with IT and finance stakeholders globally.
• Automate manual processes and document model governance.
• Train users and expand adoption across the organization.
• Stay current on Anaplan capabilities and contribute ideas.
• Maintain policy/compliance with system setup and maintenance.
