Job summary

EY is seeking a Financial Accounting Systems Supervising Associate in the US to combine FP&A fluency with Anaplan administration. You will design, build, and optimize planning solutions for forecasting, reporting, and decision support, working with global stakeholders and improving data integrity.

The role covers modeling, dashboards, testing, governance, and enabling automation across EY's US finance function, with flexible location and strong emphasis on collaboration and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3-5+ years of relevant FP&A and systems implementation experience.
• 5-7+ years in a finance/business capacity with 3+ years of supervisory, forecasting and budgeting experience.
• Involvement in at least one end-to-end planning/EPM system implementation or major planning model redesign.
• Experience coordinating between the business and the development team.
• Overtime may be required during concentrated periods of activity.
• Ability to work in a highly virtual team.
• Limited travel may be required based on business need.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into functional Anaplan solutions.
• Design, develop, and deploy scalable Anaplan planning models.
• Support complex analysis and reporting needs.
• Assess impact of changes on upstream and downstream processes.
• Build models for finance, analytics, and reporting.
• Create dashboards and reporting tools with actionable insights.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance.
• Improve model performance and scalability.
• Support integrations between Anaplan and enterprise systems.
• Troubleshoot data integrity and user access issues.
• Collaborate with IT and finance stakeholders globally.
• Automate manual processes via data integration.
• Document governance and long-term sustainability.
• Train users and expand adoption across organization.
• Stay current on Anaplan capabilities and innovate.
