Job summary

EY is seeking a Financial Accounting Systems Supervising Associate to join our US team. This role blends FP&A fluency with Anaplan administration to design, build and optimize connected planning solutions for forecasting and reporting across the US firm.

You will translate business requirements into scalable Anaplan models, collaborate with stakeholders globally, develop dashboards, ensure data integrity, and support system integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5+ years in FP&A and systems implementation.
• End-to-end planning or major model redesign experience.
• Ability to work with global virtual teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into Anaplan solutions.
• Design, develop, and deploy scalable planning models.
• Build dashboards and reporting tools for insights.
• Ensure data integrity and timely data flows across systems.
• Collaborate with IT and finance stakeholders globally.
• Support integrations between Anaplan and enterprise systems; troubleshoot issues.
• Provide user training and drive change management.
