Job summary

EY is seeking a Financial Accounting Systems Supervising Associate to design, build, and optimize Anaplan-based planning solutions. The role targets FP&A fluency with hands-on Anaplan administration, driving forecasting accuracy and decision support across the US firm.

You will translate requirements, build scalable models, and deliver dashboards while collaborating with global IT and finance teams. A strong emphasis on governance, testing, and training supports adoption and long-term success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5+ years of relevant FP&A and systems implementation.
• 5–7+ years of experience in a finance/business capacity with at least 3 years of forecasting and budgeting experience.
• Involvement in at least one end-to-end planning/EPM system implementation or major planning model redesign.
• Good experience acting as the liaison between the business and the development team.
• Overtime may be expected during concentrated periods of activity.
• Ability to work in a highly virtual team.
• Limited travel may be required based on business need.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into functional Anaplan solutions.
• Design, develop, and deploy scalable Anaplan planning/forecasting solutions.
• Build and enhance complex models supporting finance, analytics, reporting.
• Design intuitive dashboards and reporting tools for insights and decision-making.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance for models and data flows.
• Collaborate with IT and finance stakeholders globally.
• Support integrations between Anaplan and enterprise systems.
• Develop documentation to support governance and long-term sustainability.
