Job summary

EY is seeking a Financial Accounting Systems Supervising Associate to combine FP&A fluency with Anaplan administration. You will design, build, and optimize connected planning solutions to support forecasting and reporting across the US firm.

Key tasks include improving information accuracy, providing a single source of truth, and delivering high-quality decision-support tools, dashboards, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5+ years of FP&A and systems implementation.
• 5–7+ years in a finance/business capacity with supervisory, forecasting and budgeting experience.
• Involvement in at least one end-to-end planning/EPM implementation or major model redesign.
• Experience bridging the business and development teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into functional Anaplan solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders to design, develop, and deploy scalable planning/forecasting solutions.
• Support complex analysis, reporting, and data integrity.
• Build models for finance, analytics, and reporting functions.
• Design dashboards and reports to enable decision-making.
• Conduct testing and QA and ensure data quality.
• Collaborate with IT and finance stakeholders globally.
