Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3-5+ years of FP&A and systems implementation experience.
• 5-7+ years in a professional atmosphere in a finance/business capacity with at least 3 years of supervisory, forecasting and budgeting experience.
• Involvement in at least one end-to-end planning / EPM system implementation or major planning model redesign (requirements through go-live).
• Good experience playing the role of the middle person between the business and the development team.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into Anaplan functional solutions.
• Design, develop and deploy scalable Anaplan planning and forecasting solutions.
• Build complex models that support finance, analytics, and reporting functions.
• Design dashboards and reporting tools that provide actionable insights and support decision-making.
• Support integrations between Anaplan and enterprise systems, ensuring timely and accurate data flows.
• Troubleshoot data integrity and user access issues.
• Collaborate with IT and finance stakeholders globally.
