Job summary

EY is seeking an FP&A Data & Analytics Assistant Director to drive data-enabled decision support across the organization. You will partner with Finance, business leaders, and engineering to deliver AI-enabled analytics solutions and scalable data architectures.

You will lead modern FP&A data capabilities using Azure Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, and emerging AI platforms, shaping analytics strategy and delivering measurable business value across enterprise performance management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5–7+ years in data engineering, analytics, BI or related disciplines.
• Experience partnering with business stakeholders to define requirements.
• Experience leading or supporting enterprise analytics initiatives.
• Strong SQL, data modeling and ETL knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks and/or Microsoft Fabric.
• Knowledge of data ingestion, transformation, orchestration and production support.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance and stakeholders to understand challenges and design data-driven solutions.
• Design and deliver analytics with measurable business value.
• Serve as SME for products/platforms, guiding teams.
• Lead discussions to set priorities and ensure alignment with objectives.
• Oversee data pipelines for multi-source integration.
• Collaborate with data architects to build scalable data architectures.
• Optimize data platforms for performance and cost efficiency.
• Present strategic insights and roadmaps to leaders.
