Job summary

EY is seeking an FP&A Data & Analytics Assistant Director in the United States to transform how financial and operational insights are delivered. You will partner with Finance, data architects and engineering to create data, analytics and AI-enabled solutions driving measurable business value.

You’ll lead modern FP&A data capabilities using Azure Databricks and Microsoft Fabric, shaping analytics strategy, scalable data architectures and timely insights for strategic decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, finance, IS, CS, or data science.
• 5–7+ years in data engineering, analytics, BI or related disciplines.
• Experience partnering with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver analytics solutions.
• Hands-on with Azure Databricks and/or Microsoft Fabric.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance and stakeholders to understand challenges and develop data-driven solutions.
• Design and deliver analytics solutions with measurable business value.
• Lead discussions to define requirements and align delivery with objectives.
• Oversee data pipelines for ETL from multiple sources.
• Promote adoption of analytics, AI and modern data practices.
