Job summary

EY is seeking an FP&A Data & Analytics Assistant Director in the US to transform financial and operational insights. You will partner with Finance and leadership to develop data, analytics and AI-enabled solutions that drive performance and business value.

The role leads modern FP&A data capabilities using Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks and AI platforms, shaping analytics strategy and scalable data architectures across enterprise planning and decision support.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
5–7+ years in data engineering, analytics or BI.
Experience partnering with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver analytics solutions.
Experience leading enterprise data/analytics initiatives.
Strong SQL, data modeling, ETL skills.
Hands-on with Azure Databricks and/or Microsoft Fabric.
Knowledge of data ingestion, orchestration, transformation, modeling and production support.

Responsibilities

Partner with Finance and stakeholders to define challenges and build data-driven solutions.
Design analytics solutions that provide actionable insights and measurable business value.
Lead discussions to prioritize requirements and align delivery with objectives.
Oversee data pipelines across sources and ensure scalable architectures.
Promote adoption of AI and modern data practices across the organization.
Coordinate with offshore resources to support delivery and knowledge sharing.
