Cornerstone Animal Clinic is seeking an experienced Veterinary Receptionist to join our team as a full-time member. Our clinic focuses on delivering high-quality veterinary care while ensuring a welcoming experience for clients and their pets.

This role offers a four-day workweek with alternating Saturdays, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for professional growth within a busy, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• At least one year of veterinary receptionist experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills; AVImark experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive, professional attitude and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism.
• Answer and screen incoming phone calls.
• Schedule appointments and maintain hospital calendar.
• Check in and out patients and keep information accurate.
• Process invoices and customer payments.
• Educate clients regarding hospital services, recommendations, and next steps.
• Escort clients and patients to exam rooms.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area.
