• Oversee sales floor operations including fountain area and cash/wrap processes.
• Serve as main contact with Corporate when management is unavailable.
• Uphold exemplary customer service and optimize labor costs without compromising service.
• Monitor cleanliness, food safety, and branding requirements; address allergens.
