Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Representatives and customers; answer questions and resolve issues.
• Track product orders, verify pricing, and coordinate with warehouse.
• Monitor accounts receivable and resolve credit issues with customers.
• Aggregate customer and sales forecast in Demand Planning system.
• Process all RMA requests and discrepant returns.
• Handle sample requests and invoice customer orders in SAP.
• Prepare and provide reports to management.
