Qualifications

• BA degree or sales experience is preferred.
• Detail oriented with strong communication skills.
• Experience in sales support and data entry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Representatives, HQ and customers; answer questions and resolve issues.
• Track and manage product owed to customers, expedite orders, verify pricing.
• Monitor accounts receivable and resolve credit issues with customers.
• Aggregate customer and sales forecast; enter data into Demand Planning system.
• Process all RMA requests and discrepant returns; manage sample requests.
• Create and invoice customer orders through SAP; prepare reports for management.
