Job summary

Samsung Semiconductor seeks a Specialist in Foundry Sales Operations to support Sales Reps, verify pricing, and coordinate with Logistics. Daily onsite in San Diego, CA, you will track orders, process RMA requests, manage samples, and generate reports to assist leadership.

You will work with SAP for order invoicing, monitor AR, and maintain strong collaboration with warehouse teams. A BA or equivalent sales experience plus Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• BA degree or experience in Sales.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and calculate figures.
• Self-driven, proactive with problem-solving and risk management.
• Eager to learn and grow; takes ownership and delivers results.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Representatives, HQ and customers; answer questions and resolve issues.
• Track and manage product orders; verify pricing and coordinate with Warehouse for shipping.
• Monitor accounts receivable and resolve credit issues with customers and Samsung credit dept.
• Aggregate customer and sales forecast; enter data into Demand Planning system.
• Monitor and process all RMA requests and discrepant returns; manage sample requests.
• Create, enter and invoice customer orders through SAP.
• Prepare and provide reports to management.
