Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 15+ years of relevant industry experience, or higher degrees with 10+ years.
• Experience in Foundry business including device reliability and design for reliability.
• Strong communication across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate customer quality and reliability requirements for foundry manufacturing services.
• Collaborate with customers to address and resolve quality and reliability issues throughout the silicon lifecycle.
• Supervise and identify quality and reliability challenges, building strong customer relationships.
• Elevate customer quality issues to internal engineering, manufacturing, and executives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with design/development/quality engineers and managers.
• Participate in cross-functional efforts to implement lessons learned into process improvements.
