Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Permanent Foundry Engineer to join our manufacturing team in the United States. The selected candidate will develop and improve foundry processes, ensure quality control, and manage projects to boost efficiency and productivity, with a hands-on shop floor orientation.

MAGMASOFT experience is valued, and the role offers a competitive salary up to $130,000 per year. The position requires CAD proficiency, project management skills, and a strong background in foundry operations

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in a foundry environment with process capabilities and control.
Experience in rigging and fixture design.
Proficient in CAD software for design tasks.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage foundry processes to optimize productivity, efficiency, and quality.
Monitor process capabilities and control to maintain manufacturing integrity.
Design rigging and fixtures to enhance operations.
Oversee projects from inception to completion.
Collaborate to troubleshoot foundry issues and ensure health and safety compliance.
Conduct audits and ensure machinery operations are optimized.
Provide technical guidance to the foundry team and drive continuous improvement.
