Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial/Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years in a foundry environment with a focus on process capabilities and rigging design.
• Experience in project management within the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage foundry processes to optimize productivity, efficiency, and quality.
• Utilize expertise in process capabilities and process control to monitor and maintain process integrity.
• Design and implement rigging and fixture designs to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Oversee project management from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot complex foundry issues.
• Ensure all foundry operations comply with health and safety regulations.
• Conduct audits and inspections of machinery and equipment.
• Provide technical support and guidance to the foundry team.
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices.
