Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a foundry environment with a focus on process capabilities, process control, and rigging/fixture design.
• Demonstrated experience in project management within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of foundry operations and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage foundry processes to optimize productivity, efficiency, and quality.
• Utilize process capabilities and process control to monitor and maintain manufacturing integrity.
• Design and implement rigging and fixture designs to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Oversee project management from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and solve complex foundry issues.
• Ensure all foundry operations comply with health and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of machinery and equipment.
• Provide technical support and guidance to the foundry team.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in foundry operations.
