Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a foundry environment with process capabilities and process control.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage foundry processes to optimize productivity, efficiency, and quality.
• Utilize process capabilities and process control to monitor and maintain manufacturing integrity.
• Design and implement rigging and fixture designs to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Oversee project management from planning to completion.
• Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and solve complex foundry issues.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and conduct regular audits.
