Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a foundry environment with focus on process capabilities and process control.
• Experience with rigging and fixture design is preferred.
• Experience managing projects within manufacturing is required.
• Proficient in CAD for design purposes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage foundry processes to optimize productivity, efficiency, and quality.
• Monitor and maintain process integrity using process capabilities and control.
• Design and implement rigging and fixture designs to enhance operations.
• Oversee project management from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with team to troubleshoot foundry issues and improve processes.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed in foundry operations.
• Conduct audits to ensure machinery is maintained and operating properly.
• Provide technical support and promote continuous improvement.
