Responsibilities

• Oversee manufacturing operations including planning, delivery commitments, supply chain, and quality.
• Develop long-term capacity strategies and customer allocation models to optimize fab utilization, revenue, and margins.
• Manage equipment installation, commissioning, and qualification processes.
• Ensure facilities meet regulatory compliance, safety standards, and certifications.
• Ensure operational readiness and ramp-up of production capabilities.
• Align Foundry strategy with company objectives with executive leadership.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across market segments.
• Collaborate with technical, sales, and operations teams to align customer requirements and capabilities.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive dynamics to inform strategy.
• Define and implement the Foundry commercial strategy, including pricing and channel plans.
• Develop new markets and partnerships; manage a pipeline of prospects ahead of regulatory approvals.
• Build relationships with enterprise customers, distributors, and partners; lead negotiations.
• Provide performance reports and strategic updates to executives.
