Qualifications
- Minimum 8–10+ years of operational leadership in forging or heavy manufacturing.
- Experience directing multi-department operations and large teams.
Responsibilities
- Direct plant-wide forge operations to meet production schedules, quality standards, and customer requirements.
- Oversee open/closed-die forging, CNC machining, heat treatment, and finishing operations.
- Lead safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives across all shifts.
- Drive Lean/Six Sigma projects and CAPA to reduce scrap and optimize costs.
- Collaborate with Finance and Supply Chain to manage budgets and CapEx.
