Science Corporation seeks a Senior Director of Operations, Foundry, based in Durham, NC, to lead manufacturing and commercial strategy for the Science Foundry. You will drive capacity planning, process excellence, and cross-functional alignment with technical, sales, and product teams to deliver growth.

The role requires strategic oversight, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to expand markets while maintaining regulatory, safety, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administrations, or related field.
• Proven track record in business development and operations ramp-ups in MEMS/semiconductor or related industries.
• Strong understanding of MEMS fabrication processes and applications; regulatory and quality awareness.

Responsibilities

• Oversee manufacturing operations from a business perspective including production planning and delivery commitments.
• Develop capacity strategies and customer allocation models to optimize fab utilization, revenue, and margins.
• Manage equipment installation, commissioning, and qualification processes.
• Ensure facilities meet regulatory compliance, safety standards, and industry certifications.
• Define and implement the Foundry commercial strategy, including pricing, channel strategy, and annual sales plans.
• Identify new markets, partnerships, and manage a pipeline of prospective customers and partners.
