Job summary

Aalberts IPSA in Pageland, SC is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor for our Foundry who will lead the maintenance team, manage preventive maintenance, and guide installations. You will oversee first/second shifts, coordinate with production, and drive reliability initiatives to minimize downtime.

You should bring 7+ years of progressive maintenance leadership in industrial settings, strong mechanical and electrical skills, TPM experience, and the ability to mentor a diverse team while

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of progressive maintenance leadership experience in a machining or industrial manufacturing environment.
• Extensive mechanical and electrical experience.
• Experience implementing TPM or similar reliability-centered maintenance programs.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced, foundry environment.
• Able to function in a leadership role and interact positively with employees, managers and contractors.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage first/second shift maintenance team on a day-to-day basis and oversee preventative maintenance schedules.
• Assign work orders and ensure completion as scheduled.
• Review completed work orders for quality and accuracy.
• Motivate the team to achieve performance targets.
• Coordinate with production supervisors to ensure smooth foundry operation and minimal downtime.
