Job summary

Aalberts IPSA in Pageland, SC, is seeking a Night Shift Operations Manager to lead molding and maintenance on the night shift, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time production.

You will direct frontline supervisors and maintenance personnel, drive continuous improvement, coordinate with day shift teams, and report on performance while upholding Lean and safety standards. This is a full-time role with limited travel and strong leadership requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent foundry leadership experience considered.
• 7+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in a foundry.
• 5+ years of progressive supervisory or management experience.
• Demonstrated leadership in production and maintenance operations.
• Experience managing large hourly workforces in a heavy industrial environment.
• Knowledge of molding processes, production scheduling, equipment reliability, and workforce management.

Responsibilities

• Lead night shift molding and maintenance activities, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time production.
• Direct and coordinate all night shift operations and shift turnover.
• Coordinate manpower allocation and resource planning to meet production priorities.
• Drive Lean continuous improvement and Kaizen events on the night shift.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development for frontline supervisors and operators.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with day shift maintenance and other functions to ensure continuity.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive improvements in throughput and uptime.
