Job summary
Carley Foundry, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our foundry team. You will perform mechanical maintenance and repairs across a range of industrial equipment, rebuild components, and troubleshoot robotics and support systems. Candidates must supply their own tools and follow safety procedures.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Experience with mechanical systems, welding & fabrication, hydraulics & pneumatics, basic electrical systems, HVAC preferred.
- Class 5 Boiler License a plus.
- Must have own maintenance tools.
- Ability to read and follow technical procedures.
Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical maintenance and repairs on foundry production equipment and facility systems.
- Rebuild hydraulic cylinders, gearboxes, conveyors, and other machinery.
- Troubleshoot and maintain molding machines, core machines, robotics, and support equipment.
- Install and replace hydraulic hoses, airlines, gas lines, and transport systems.
- Complete welding and fabrication work as needed.
- Maintain facility systems including rooftop units, fans, doors, and ventilation.
