Job summary

Aaalberts Integrated Piping Systems Americas seeks a Molding Production Supervisor in Pageland, SC. You will lead daily green sand molding operations, coach the team, ensure safety and quality, and meet production targets.

Strong leadership and safety focus are essential to drive efficiency on the shop floor. You will collaborate with maintenance, engineering, quality, and other departments to optimize workflow, address defects, and support Lean initiatives and 5S in a fast-paced foundry

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Associate degree in Industrial Management, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
3-5 years of manufacturing experience; 2+ years in supervision.
Excellent planning and leadership abilities.
Strong knowledge of safety rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily green sand molding operations to meet production schedules and customer needs.
Provide daily leadership, coaching, and performance management on the shop floor.
Monitor molding machine efficiency, productivity, and quality metrics.
Coordinate staffing and manpower to optimize workflow.
Drive safety audits, incident investigations and GMP compliance.
Lead continuous improvement efforts in safety, quality, and cost control.
